Roberto Pareja (Founder & Managing Partner) -  is a corporate finance and capital advisory professional with experience across investment banking, commercial banking, and strategic finance advisory, supporting entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners through complex financial decisions.

Roberto has held roles at global investment banks including UBS AG and J.P. Morgan Chase, as well as commercial and regional financial institutions, including BCI Financial Group’s City National Bank of Florida, where he worked on credit analysis, capital structuring, and transaction support for middle-market companies across multiple industries.

At SC Capital Advisors, Roberto focuses on Corporate Finance Advisory, Capital Raising, Business Acquisition Financing, and Sell-Side Guidance, partnering closely with clients to bring clarity, structure, and disciplined financial thinking to growth initiatives, financing events, acquisitions, and ownership transitions.

In addition to his advisory work, Roberto has served in several founder and board-level roles, including:

• Founder and board member of an ag-tech company
• Director of a Carnegie Mellon University AI spin-off
• Advisor to SCORE, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs
   

Roberto holds a Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business. He is based in South Florida and works with clients across the United States and internationally.
